Pricing

At Fit-4-U we do not charge initiation fees or monthly dues. You pay only for the services you choose. In addition to your weekly sessions, we also allow you the convenience of open cardio times so you will not have to pay a gym membership elsewhere.

 

 

One-on-one training:

With the one-on-one personal training option, you are given our full and undivided attention. All workouts and programs are made specifically for you. We offer and recommend 1 hour sessions, but we provide 30 minute sessions also (pricing on request).

3 Month contract:

3 times a week $480 a month $40 a session
2 times a week $344 a month $43 a session

 

Month to Month:

3 times a week $540 a month $45 a session
2 times a week $384 a month $48 a session

 

Individual sessions:

$50 a session

 

Buddy sessions:

Buddy sessions allow the client to workout with a partner. Some clients find this option best if they need the extra motivation and accountability a friend or family member offers. The duo would train at the same time, however both clients would still have an individualized workout program. Pricing below is per person.

3 Month contract:

3 times a week $300 a month $25 a session
2 times a week $224 a month $28 a session

 

Month to Month

3 times a week $360 a month $30 a session
2 times a week $256 a month $32 a session

 

Small group Bootcamps:

Small group bootcamps are perfect for those that prefer to workout in a group setting. Clients must have at least 5 people in a group to be considered a bootcamp. These sessions provide circuit workouts, however each workout is able to be tweaked for each individual’s fitness level. Prices below are per person.
